Regular exercise improves balance, flexibility, and endurance, and decreases the risk of heart disease, diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure and many more benefits are there.
  • Diet- Eating a good diet is another part of the healthy lifestyle. Diet plays a huge role in our health. You should not eat just for hunger purpose, but you also have take care of nutrition. If you take good nutrition, you can keep your body younger and healthier. Eat three meals a day. And it is important to remember that dinner doesn’t have to be the largest meal.
  • Mental health- You want to live a healthy life, right. Then you can’t achieve your goal without good mental health. Get enough sleep daily, at least 7-8 hours on daily basis. Take a morning walk, feel fresh air daily. Do yoga and meditation at least 20 minutes daily.
  • Avoid excessive alcohol consumption- Do you know? excess alcohol consumption is the major cause of liver cirrhosis. Alcohol accounts for 20%-30% of deaths from automobile accidents in India. Now psychologists and some psychiatrist help people to handle their daily life stresses and avoid behaviors that can lead to excess drink of alcohol.
